Our female-only home at 49 Bedford Road accommodates seven residents.
On the lower levels, there are four en‑suite bedrooms. The top floor includes a private suite that comprises a bedroom with its own toilet facility — not en-suite, but solely for that suite, giving privacy and semi‑autonomy.
52 Bedford Road
Male-Only Home
Our male-only home at 52 Bedford Road houses six residents, each in their own en‑suite bedroom.
The setting provides a structured balance of independence and support, designed for men who benefit from stability, guidance, and community.
Accessibility and Environment
Both homes feature ground-floor rooms with widened doors and adapted bathrooms, making them suitable for residents who use wheelchairs or have physical disabilities.
All communal areas are accessible, and support plans are carefully adapted to meet each individual’s needs.

Fern Leaf Supported Living works closely with our sister home, Eastwood Lodge Residential Care, located in Goodmayes, Ilford.
This partnership enables a smooth step-up / step-down transition between supported living and residential care, responsive to changing needs over time.
