Who We Support
We provide supported living for adults aged 18 and above who may be:
-
Living with long-term mental health conditions
-
Diagnosed with autism or learning disabilities
-
Living with physical disabilities requiring accessible accommodation
-
Transitioning from hospital, residential care, or family settings to more independent living
We support adults who wish to develop their independence in a supported living environment.
Fern Leaf does not provide nursing or palliative care — individuals with higher personal-care or age-related needs are more appropriately supported within our sister service,
Eastwood Lodge Residential Care, which offers 24-hour care for older adults, including those living with dementia.
Our Homes
Fern Leaf operates two supported living homes in Ilford, each designed to offer a safe, inclusive, and homely environment with private bedrooms, welcoming communal areas, and 24-hour support from an experienced team.
For those requiring full residential care, Fern Leaf works closely with our sister service, Eastwood Lodge Residential Care — a CQC-registered care home providing 24-hour personal care and support in a regulated setting.
